first cake I ever made at 13 vs. cake I made yesterday for my friend’s 21st! honestly I rarely make cakes I think I’ve only made 4/5 in the past 8 years, but it’s nice to see improvement nonetheless! I’m tempted to get back into baking after this, it was fun 😀

    also does anyone have tips for frosting regarding to how to keep it smooth and creamy? do yall usually refrigerate after frosting (not the crumb coat) or just leave it at room temperature?
