Ingredients
Donut
150g cold milk
5g (1tsp) instant yeast
30g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
250g bread flour
1 Tbs Cocoa Powder
30g butter

Custards
80g Dark Chocolate
2 Egg Yolk
30g Corn Flour
50g sugar
375ml milk
20g butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt

Coating
– 1/4 Cup Caster Sugar
– 1 Tbs Cocoa Powder

Instructions
Chocolate Custard
1.Add egg yolk, sugar & corn flour together in a bowl. Whisk to combine.
2.Simmer the milk until just bubbling.
3.Slowly add the milk to the egg yolk mixture & mix well.
4.Quikly cook the mixture in a pot. Constantly stir until it thicken. Add in the dark chocolate. Whisk until completely melted & combine. Turn of the heat & add the vanilla extract & butter. Mix well. Transfer to another bowl, cover it & let it cool.

Doughnut
1. In a large bowl, add flour, cocoa powder, yeast & sugar together. Stir to combine.
2.Then pour in milk & egg. Mix to combine completely.
3. Then, add in butter & salt. Knead to combine until pass the window pane test.
4. Equally divide the dough about 50g each & roll it into ball. Cover with plastic let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.
5. After that, press it lightly.
6.Let it rest until the dough rise & become light about 30 minutes. Fry it on medium heat on each side of the dough.
7.Once fried, let it cool down completely before dust it with sugar.
