Ok friends – what do we have here?

I thought this was a stunted bell – I over wintered it last year in Sacramento (outside) and it came back from a stub.
I bit into one tiny red baby and I won’t describe the face I made. Quite spicy – more than jalapeño, Serrano, maybe even Thai chili.
