Y’all genuinely like Buldak? I see posts on here about it all the time and know I’m probably gonna get flamed for this, but I’ve tried several flavors and they’ve all tasted like ass – artificial taste with weird texture and repulsive flavor combos. They’re spicy, but that’s it! Not worth it for me.

Trash. I like Sapporo Ichibans beef flavor and nongshim shin ramyuns red package, that one’s actually pretty spicy and tastes real good
For me it’s just a junk food snack indulgence. If I want a meal, I’ll eat real food
I have like 2 packs or so every winter. Fun spicy snack. Tastes good to me. Could also just add hot sauce to whatever ramen you prefer.
To me, the Samyang Buldak noodles are best as a part of a meal preparation. Throw in an egg, cooked protein, or some frozen veggies and it’s a passable quick meal. On their own, they are too salty and in the case of 2x too spicy, IMO. Some of the flavors aren’t great, but I do enjoy some of them. If you don’t like them, it’s a reasonable opinion.
I like all the ones I’ve tried so far but especially fond of the carbonara and the corn flavors.
I really like the Buldak sauce they sell by itself. This year alone I’ve gone through 6 bottles of 1X spicy, 1 bottle of Carbo, 13 bottles of Buldak Mayo, and 17 bottles of 2X spicy. I got bored yesterday and totaled everything up from my receipts.
Their ramen is alright but the sauce is the real deal.
I love the carbonara and curry flavors, the original is kinda just spicy for the sake of being spicy
I love the their sauce bottles you can buy
I’m with you OP. Tried a few different ones and heat levels and it tastes chemically and artificial.
It’s junk food and should be treated as such. I love it, but rarely buy it.
The noodles are some of the best ramen noodles out there. So far, I’ve only had the spicy chicken, but I liked the flavor and the heat level is a really fun sweet spot between spicy enough that it’s an event but eat enough to eat that you can call it lunch.
Some fried spam, barely cooked egg and spring onions and it’s a fine lazy meal.
Going against the grain here…. love them. One of the few foods you can buy that are properly spicy ….
I grew up eating knorr super noodles and pot noodles in ireland…. everyone knows they are trash and artificial, doesnt mean they arnt enjoyable. And buldak is much better than the above named, despite us all knowing it isnt quality fresh food.
I still love it. Tasty as fuck
The most necessary accompaniment to this is a good robust hypertension medication.
I like it, this flavor in particular. Regular ramen isn’t hot enough, and this lacks the extra flavor.
I add the seasoning from Nissin chicken ramen to this, and it’s great.
I personally enjoy how chewy the noodles are but then again I don’t cook them to strict instructions. Most ramen noodles have you overcook them, in my opinion.
It’s alright. Not the best, far from the worst.
It’s the only instant ramen I’ve tried that is actually spicy so that’s the main reason I buy them.
I love these!
Yeah I do, buldak is one of my favorite instant ramens.
The spicy carbonara ones are my favorite. I don’t use the entire package of sauce or powder, for the same reasons, and I just kinda use what I have in my fridge to make it more of a meal also putting real cheese and an egg in it helps. Another thing is if you make homemade chili garlic oil (which takes like 3 mins) it’s so much better.
It’s OK shin black is where it’s at tho.
The noodles are amazing. Haven’t found a better instant ramen noodles
yessss, I love the pink one! it’s so good with milk too 🤭
I love them and usually keep a few flavors in my cupboard. Here’s my current stock:

Yesss. Love a few varieties of it. Yakisoba ones is my recent obsession.
The flavors are okay, but I don’t like the texture of the noodles. Too thick and slimy, IMO. I just tried the Shin Red Spicy Beef today for the first time and that was a nice surprise.
This is the only one I’ve had and like the flavor, but I only have it when I really want to get hurt.
It makes my asshole burn but the flavour is good
The 2x spicy tries to make what happened to Elvis happen to you… yet i keep eating it and then regretting it… its a catch 22, it feels good going in but painfull af going out.
