Hey everyone,

I just wanted to share a pizza dish that I’ve been making for a few weeks now. I’ve somewhat fallen in love with it because it packs such a high protein quantity relative to overall calories. This packs 62g of protein for 343 calories.

The crust:
3/4 cup egg liquid whites
Light sprinkle of seasoning of choice
1/4th teaspoon of xanthum gum
Use a hand mixer and mix this until peak rise.
Once mixed spread on a baking tray and place in a preheated oven @400 degrees F for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven at 10 minutes to add toppings.
Add sauce of choice (I use SF BBQ sauce; weird preference I know).

2-4 tablespoons of bbq sauce (I use two)
90g of fat free cheese (145 cal)
1 serving of Turkey pepperoni (70 cal)
1 slice of fricks ham (25 cal)

Place back in oven for 5-10 minutes. Don’t over cook or you will not be able to get the egg whites to NOT stick lol. (Learned that the hard way).

I’m sure I left out some level of instruction, but please feel free to message and I’ll try my best to answer ☺️🫡

happy eating!

  1. Also, you’ll probably want to add more sauce base (I do not like pizza sauce which is why I used only 2 tablespoons of bbq sauce lol. 😂

It looks great. The protein to carb ratio is amazing.

So it doesn’t sound good. And it doesn’t look good. This is 100% prison food type of shit. But it seems like with some small tweaks it still won’t be worth trying.

A chicken parmesan crust is the best replacement I’ve had. Fathead is ok but kind of a pain to make and still basically dough.

Low sodium canned chopped chicken, parmesan, Italian seasonings, and I think egg yolk.

Egg white crust reminds me of cloud bread people got jazzed about for a while and that was gross too.
