Yesterday we were all talking about easy meals. I found out that I’ve been regularly been making gyeran bap (sp?). I got rice, sesame oil, sushi vinegar, soy sauce, little bit of kimchee on the fresher/less spicy side, two soft boiled eggs and am eating it now. Ughhhhh it’s so good. Don’t ask me how much of everything there is, I measure with my soul.

I have to be on a low copper diet for the foreseeable future and it’s been torture looking at most meals.

The egg has to be runny, so that you can mix the yolk into the rice, along with the soy sauce.
Don’t know what that is, it surely isn’t gyeran bap.
