Lots of times Im lazy now so usually cook some onions in a pan for a bit then toss cut up breast meat into them until just cooked through. And score on the moose meat its good stuff

My ancestors/native people hunt for their food so I can careless about any backlash I get from this it’s traditional where I’m from to hunt for your food

We don’t have partridge in my area, but it’s common to use dove breast wrapped around a cheese stuffed jalapeño then wrap bacon around the thing and grill it.

I adore your woman. Keep her. She brings you partridge and moose? Fuck, that’s dream woman kinda stuff. I wish I had a recipe or some advice to give you, I can only say your GF is golden

Cooked in the oven with shake n bake is pretty good.

We usually shake and bake or bread and fry out partridge.

Ruffed Grouse? They are super tasty. I usually let mine sit in the fridge overnight in some salt water until the rigor is out and then basically use them in any recipe like you would chicken or rabbit.
