Breakfasts: old fashioned oats with fat free cream cheese, fat free cheddar, fat free Velveeta slice and an egg white. Sautéed onion, tomato and baby spinach with an over easy egg.
Midmorning snacks: broccoli, red bell pepper, deli turkey, ranch Greek yogurt, mini babybel lite cheese and multigrain crackers.
Lunches: slow cooked and shredded chicken breasts mixed with Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, lite ranch dressing, fat free cheddar and diced white onion. Lettuce wrapped with tomato slices and a side pear.
Afternoon snacks: PB Fit mixed with vanilla whey protein powder, strawberries and chocolate rice cakes.
Dinners: 99% lean ground turkey with shredded zucchini burgers, lettuce wrapped with red onion, tomato, fat free Velveeta, light mayo and mustard. Air fried fries.
