    I think it is lovely. The colors and shapes are divine! I personally would prefer a plate that is more scaled in size to the offering.

    Plate looks dope. This is just my personal opinion, but I am not a fan of smoke contained under a cloche. I find it makes stuff overly smokey/acrid and lot of times takes away from the dish.

    But thats just like my opinion man…

    Plating is 👍

    Love the description, sounds delicious but the design of the plate competes—Too busy and honestly suits more of a modern Italian cuisine.

    IMO a smaller opaque, rust, or green rustic style plate would be better…Considering Lobster comes from the sea.

  7. Its beautiful along with the rest of the dishes in the menu you’ve been sharing but damn would I be disappointed with a single spoonful bite of a plate, especially if its as good as it looks. I’m sure its part of a many plate course meal but I’d still want at least like 5 good bites of something before moving on lol
