113g water, 113g sour cream (half cups), 4 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoon agave syrup, foamed 2 tsp yeast at 105 degrees . 10g salt 500g bread flour and 2 large eggs thoroughly kneaded in mixer. Proofed what I thought was too long as it more than doubled, rolled into 16 balls and let rerise. Egg wash and baked at 400 for 17 minutes
