Enjoyed a great dinner with a close friend. We both brought 2017 burgundies to see how they weee developing. Really enjoyed the evolution of both wines throughout the wine. Decanted an hour before tasting. Preferred the Les perrieres by a small margin as it has more heft to it. Excited to try these again in a few years

Chauvenet one of the absolute best values in the Côte de Nuits. The wines show clear typicity and terroir and are balanced.
