I've been a little hesitant to use the smoker that my wife got me last year for my bday but I finally broke it out a few weeks ago. This was my first time doing burnt ends. Injected with some beef broth. Seasoned with Blues Hog Original Dry rub and smoked for 2 hours. Took out of the smoker and let it rest. Cubed it, put in the foil pan, seasoned with a little more dry rub and some Blues Hog Raspberry Chipotle bbq sauce and put it back in the smoker for an additional 4 hours. I thought it was pretty good but I'm looking to improve. Any suggestions or tips on making some killer burnt ends? Is there anything I may have done or not done that could put these over the top?
Thanks in advance!
