I haven’t gone back to sambal oelek after switching to Lao Gon Ma crispy chili. They’re different styles, but can be used in the same way most of the time.

Coming from a country with a lottttt of Indonesian food: I personally prefer the one from Conimex flavor wise! It’s not that spicy, but the flavor is imo the absolute best.
