    Omg. Wow!! I made my first ever this week in a demi size and while they tasted great, I have some notes for next time. Your first ones look professional!! Any tips you could share with a nooby? I had some trouble steaming with the cast iron – pulled the rack out to pour in a pot of water and most of the steam just blew back at me outside the oven. I need to figure something else out for next time.

    That is sexy! I’m always afraid of overcooking my French bread to that colour of brown. Bet it’s tasty
