My first Sherry,it reminds me of Vernaccia di Oristano,dry on the palate with dried fruits,bitter almond and a hint of smoke on the nose. Drank it at the Westlight in Brooklyn.

Um, are you sure that’s a manzanilla more precisely Papirusa from Lustau?
The colour seems completely off for manzanilla, maybe an amontillado or Oloroso?
