Caprese Inspired Healthy Vegan Salad:
- Tomato
- Avocado
- Edamame
- Basil
- Green onions
- Chives (optional but recommended)
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
- Sesame Seeds (optional)
Just chop everything up and mix it together!
