This recipe is super simple and it’s my recipe for making chicken tenders when we ran a Venue and our Full Time Catering Company Called Family Table Catering.
The recipe goes back to the Japanese fundamentals of making Katsu Style of chicken which means pounded out meat thin, battered and fried or even German method where they call it a Schnitzel.
No matter how you shape it up, its the best chicken tenders that I have ever made and my daughter loves them. In fact it was the most requested item in our catering business. Ranch is king in this part of the country I live and it pairs perfectly with Ranch Dressing and listed below I will have my Ranch Dressing Recipe listed as well.
