this is my first sourdough loaf and it came out a lot better than i thought it would! recipe came from @kayleearmbrust on tiktok
i mixed 375g warm filtered water, 100g active starter, 500g of bread flour, and 11g salt. 4 sets of stretch and folds every 30 minutes then let it sit for 5-6 hours. shape and put it in the fridge overnight then score and baked in my dutch over with the lid on at 450° for 30 minutes then 15 minutes lid off!
