First time posting, thought I would post multiple pics. I season was my own blend, smoke and sear on a smoker and let rest for 20 minutes before I cut. Hope everybody has a good cook.

    Welcome to MEAT!!This looks great!!! You’ve certainly made me hungry. One suggestion… The first cut might just be for the moneyshot but you want to cut against the grain for the rest of your cuts. It will be more tender this way just cut at a slight angle from what your initial cut was. If this doesn’t sound right check Google quick. It won’t ruin your meals if you don’t but every bit helps 😁 enjoy and thanks for sharing.
