Both an appreciation post and a question, are these sear bands too deep?
~2 min each side sear, move to top rack for indirect heat 12-14min depending on thickness and cut, 2 beers and fingers crossed.
Gas grill is my jam and I’m open to any tips for moving the show to a pan or charcoal.
