Took my first stab at a juicy marbled loin tonight and it was positively delightful. I improvised a baste with some herbs, olive oil, maple syrup and soy sauce and added some winter veggies because it was downright cold out today. It’s supposed to serve six but two adults and a three-year-old polished off most of it.
I’ve got another one in the freezer so I’ll try something different soon!

    I recently tried JM for the first time and used mine to make a similar pot roast with carrots, onions, and potatoes. It was absolutely incredible but yours looks even better.
