    The doneness and sear looks great! Just a few comments: I can’t be sure but it looks like the steak is wet in the last photo. For a better crust, you should pat it dry. This also helps minimize splatter when in contact with oil.
    Also the shine and oil on the plate tells me a little too much was used. Oil does not evaporate under heat as quickly as water so the steak will take up most of it. If that’s your preference, good for you, you’re the one eating it.
