Sourdough Fougasse for Halloween

This Unique Flat bread Would be the best for any occasion .
As Holiday Season coming to us we need more of these tasty yet healthy breads .
Traditionally they made it with herb de provence and castelvertano olive would be the best .
But your home your choice some olives some herbs nothing can go wrong

Recipe:
400G bread flour
300G Water
80G starter
8G salt
10G olive oil

Filling:
chopped Olives 40G
Parmesan as much as you like
Rosemary and italian herbs
