Everything except the onion, garlic, and salt was grown in my garden. Pleased with the results, will definitely be doing this again next season.

    Your title is misleading. Usually when people say they ‘tried’, it means they tried, but didn’t succeed. I’d say you succeeded, ergo you “Made a fermented sauce at home”.
