Most likely bruising from a blown vein/artery. Definitely looks like blood clot. Safe to eat, just might taste a little more iron-y.

It’s blood, generally caused by a bad kill/stun. It happens when they electrocute the animal before killing it, leave the power on too long and it causes popped blood vessels in the meat.
