Just started about a month ago and am trying to feel what my body needs and how things affect me. Now that I count things up and am a little more mindful of what’s going inside me, 1,500 calories seems like a lot of food! I am a 6’0 tall male currently 163. I’ve woken up a few times in the night a couple hours before I would’ve liked and got slight insomnia a couple times. Being told I should have a little carbs and a sugary snack before bed. The pics I included are from today and calculates to roughly 1300 calories. I just finished and am full and satisfied for the day. Seems well rounded to me but again I’m just learning. Any thoughts? Btw that’s chia seeds and almonds in oikos 17g protein yogurt. And a pork chop for dinner.

    I don’t want to interfere but I do think as a 6’0 tall man you need a bit more. Your bmi is in the healthy category so you don’t really need to be losing weight, this looks tasty but less doesn’t always equal healthier ❤️
