Got a cheap grill just to try it out for a while. Made a steak for now and chicken for some meal prep.

My biggest problem was that it took an hour just to get the charcoal lit. Ended up having to build a small wood fire and light a few pieces to begin with. May have to invest in a chimney starter next, or maybe a thermometer to monitor the grill temp.

  1. Forgot to add that this is a 14.5” Expert Grill. I’m looking at the Weber Go Anywhere for an upgrade eventually
