    I just made a roast tonight with a red wine reduction. Twas’ fabulous. The plating was significantly worse than yours, although I probably could’ve mustered something up if we weren’t so hungry 😂

    As to the other persons celery comment… I put celery in the roast, for lack of better explanation, as a seasoning along with onions. Neither are meant to be part of the dish (obviously both edible) but they add a whole lot to a braised or slow cooked dish.
