Grocery list:
-2.5-4 lb roast
-beef broth or beef bouillon
-onion
-garlic
-rosemary
-thyme
-Yukon gold potatoes
-heavy cream
-parm

– my roast was about 2.5lb, i seasoned with salt, pepper, and all purpose seasoning. Season the roast the night before if you can

-brown roast in your preferred pot on both sides,

-once its browned take it out and cook your veggies in the beef fawn with a little extra oil or butter. I only used onion and garlic to keep the steakhouse vibe, if i was doing a regular pot roast I would’ve used carrots, celery, bell pepper, etc.

-you can also brown your potatoes a little after they are washed, dried & seasoned, i just didn’t have time.

-once your veggies are browned, I added beef bouillon paste and cooked that down into the veggies as well

– after the beef bouillon has spent some time making friends in the pot, maybe like 5 mins? i cook it til it feels and smells nice, add enough water to cover everything

-add rosemary and thyme, then bring pot to a boil before adding beef back in

-optional at this pot instead of cooking on the stove you can add everything into your crockpot

-I removed the pot from the stove and added it to a 350 oven for about 2.5 hours, i dont like my roast to totally shred apart during cooking, so go longer if youre looking for that shredded tender roast, or if you have more meat than i did

-after the oven, i removed the meat and potatoes into another pot so i could continue to cook the sauce

– i added cream, more pepper, and seasoned to taste then added parm to thicken

– i didnt measure anything do what tastes good :’) lmao
Then put it all together and eat!
