Escarole, meatballs, feta cheese and pine nuts (you could also use walnuts), around 560 cal. As you can see I do not have a lot of escarole here, about 200 grams and it shrinks like crazy 🥲, normally I use a lot more (like 350-400gr) and leave out the nuts, but I could only find a small crop in the store, so I just made do with it:)
