This is my go to lunch for when I’m trying to lose weight. The protein bowls are expensive in most stores, luckily for me, I have a Grocery Outlet nearby, which sells them for $3

You know, as much as I love eating whole fresh foods, there’s not always time/energy to do that and I appreciate this post for showing a reasonable alternative. I love some of the Progresso soups but soup gets old sometimes and I want solid food. I haven’t seen those healthy choice bowls but I’d definitely try that one. I used to live off lean cuisine in college and kinda got burned out on most of those (although that was long enough ago I could prob get into it again)
