    RECIPE: I used Sarah Jampel’s no-knead focaccia recipe as a base, with some minor tweaks! I make it when I’m not patient enough for my usual sourdough focaccia recipe, and it’s pretty great.

    This is very clever. Olives stay intact and keep color after baking, so the pattern remains well defined
