Typical Swiss dish: a “Ratsherren-Schüblig” (lit. “Councilor’s Sausage”, a traditional pretty heavy Swiss sausage) with fried potatoes and a side salad.

    Fun fact: despite it’s name, the sausage is not actually made out of minced councilors. (But given the recent policies of our Federal Council, I start to think that it probably should be :p)
