Also including a small sweet potato, celeriac and a herbbouillon, including the olive oil I used for first baking the potato and celeriac a bit this is about 360 calories. It has quite a soft and earthy taste, I like it:)

Including my breakfast consisting of soy yoghurt, cacao nibs, linseed, nuts, a kiwi and a pear I ate today I consumed about 800 calories now. I am really craving an easy and sweet (like pancakes) or comfort (like mac n cheese) meal for tonight (also because I am once again exhausted thanks to some fun ✨️medical conditions✨️). If you have a good meal to recommend, it's very welcome!
