Need advice on these lamb loin chops. Best way to cook? Any pan sauce ideas? Etc?

    SV is fine, but personally, I think lamb just tastes better grilled over high heat with garlic, lemon, olive oil, salt, and oregano / rosemary / thyme

    For SV, 135-145 depending on how you like your lamb. Sear to crisp them up or mix with a sauce like a curry

    I make these in a skillet and make a Cabernet sauce with the frond and serve it with mash and peas. It’s fire. My daughter loves it since she was like 7. Only way I could get her to eat meat.
