Made first time ‘speculaas’ syrup and latte
Autumn in a cup. Loved it!
I used my favourite beans from my local roaster. Mocca d’Or Sicilian mix and made my own syrup. (Sugar, ‘speculaas’ herbs and water).
Frothed the milk very foamy. A ‘speculaasje’ made it complete.
