    Sometimes I slice up the pepperoni into stripes or squares. Makes a little go a long way. You still get some pepperoni in every bite, which, after all, is the most we can ever ask for in this fallen world.

  2. I’m honestly impressed by how flat the crust stayed. I imagine that there was no yeast used or not enough time for any fermentation, so this is basically a baked tortilla, but even so it’s impressive how uncooked you managed to make it. And yet, the cheese on top manages to look cheap in a way..
