It’s ponzu. So if you’re not bothered about the brand you can probably find this quite easily. It’s Asahi ponzu.

Get some yuzu from Amazon and mix with soy sauce. 3 parts soy, 1 part yuzu.

Uwajimaya in Seattle will have that!

Seattle area, Uwajimaya should have it or something close.

    Vancouver (BC), Izumiya or T&T.

Or google Asahi Ponzu and see what comes up for online options, just factor in shipping cost.

You can probably find kikkoman ponzu at any Asian grocery store on the west coast.

In Vancouver I’d advise you to look in Fujiya foods on Clark Drive, or Izumiya in Richmond. Both would have yuzu flavour ponzu sauce.

Ponzu is super easy to make yourself: equal parts soy, mirin, and lemon. Adjust as needed to balance the salty, sweet, citrusy deliciousness!

It’s the best commercial ponzu from Asahi. For anyone wanting to try it, be sure give the bottle a shake time to time as the yuzu parts will settle out periodically

If you have Mitsuwa it is there. It is a brand I like.
