Grilling on front porch giving out candy! Experimenting with some marinated tofu, I have NO IDEA how it will turn out!

I think as long as you pressed enough water out, it’d be delightful. We freeze, then thaw, then press the extra water out. Add a bunch of seasoning, and then at the very end treat them like smoky burnt ends, toss them in sauce and butter, and they turn out pretty dang good for tofu. I make it for my mom when she visits because she went vegetarian.

People hate but I grilled tofu for the first time a few months back. I’m not a vegetarian or anything just wanted to try something new. It was delicious. Key was cutting it in half so it’s less thick, pressing it, then marinating it early with a hot marinade. Soy sauce fresh grated garlic and ginger and brown sugar in a saucepan to heat then pour over tofu and let it chill in the fridge all day.

Recommend cooking on a cedar plank.
At least you’ll be able to eat the plank🤣
