Cheesecake with mascarpone
Hello everyone!
Do you have mascarpone and biscuits? Enough for a super dessert 🍨
You will make this dessert every day! Very tasty and ready in 5 minutes!
You won’t even know when it will disappear from the set😅
To be able to prepare it you need:
200g of biscuits
100g of melted butter
250g of mascarpone.
80g of sugar.
1 plain yogurt
2 eggs
25 ml lemon (optional)
1 Vanilla envelope
2 tablespoons of flour
To begin with, I crumbled the biscuits and poured the melted butter over them. Mix well to incorporate the butter into the biscuits.
I put the yogurt, sugar and vanilla sugar on top of the mascarpone and mixed them well. When they were homogenized, I added the eggs and then the flour.
I put them in the preheated oven at 180g for approx. 15-20 minutes (until browned).
When it has cooled, cut and serve!
It’s insane and it’ll be gone in 5 minutes! 😅

Aveți mascarpone și biscuiți? Suficient pentru un super desert 🍨
Veți face acest desert în fiecare zi! Foarte gustos și se face în 5 minute!
Nici nu vei ști când va dispărea de pe platou😅
Pentru a il putea prepara aveți nevoie de:
200g de biscuiti
100g unt topit
250g de mascarpone.
80g zahăr.
1 iaurt simplu
2 ouă
25 ml de lamaie (opțional)
1 plic Vanilie
2 linguri de făină
Pentru început am mărunțit biscuiții și am turnat peste ei untul topit. Se amestecă bine pentru a se încorpora untul în biscuiți.
Peste mascarpone am pus iaurtul, zahărul, zahărul vanilat și le-am mixat bine. Când s-au omogenizat am adăugat ouăle si apoi faina.
Le-am dat la cuptorul preîncălzit la 180g pentru cca 15-20 minute (până se rumenește).
Când s-a răcit se taie și se servește!
Este demențial și va dispărea în 5 minute! 😅
