  1. The written recipe is not what you made in this video. Some items the amounts are doubled, other items the same, yet others were upped differing amounts in the video. Flour was increased by 50% but the butter was doubled. The brown sugar doubled while the white sugar went from 1/3 c only up to 1/2 c. Eggs were doubled, the baking soda only up 50% but now baking powder showed up. The oats increased but not any logical multiplier compared to the other increases. Why is the written recipe not the recipe shown?

  2. Love a chewy cookie so will definitely give this recipe a try. Tea is also good to soak the raisins in if rum is not an option but you'd like some extra flavour than just water would provide.

  7. Why we have to put backing powder and backing soda together? What is the difference if we put only backing powder?
