Pork Chop John’s pork chop sandwich

from Butte MT. It’s a tender slice of pork loin, breaded & fried, served on a soft roll with LTO and a dab of yellow mustard. John’s is a hole in the wall joint with maybe 10 stools (I didn’t count them) and a take out window on the street. They have been selling pork chop sandwiches since 1924 … Happy centennial Pork Chop John!

    Pork nuggets lol! I’ve been using pork more often because it’s cheap as hell. Works pretty good for fajita and stir fry. I’ll have to consider a pork nugget haha.
