Walked in my local bodega in Paris and they had like 6 different versions of this but I heard these were the top ones to try. Give me your recipes pls!

I’ve learned from this subreddit, on a nearly daily basis, from identical threads…Fatty pork, green onion, ajitama egg, corn, bean sprouts, chili oil, onori.

super spicy

One in the black wrapper is sooo good, I add grilled chicken or steak, whatever protein I have. Depending on how spicy you like, maybe only use half the hot pack to test.
But add cabbage and garlic to all these and it Adds lots! Enjoy

I add a few carolina reapers to feel something

My go-to additions are green onion, egg, fish cake, fried spam and tteokbokki. I don’t do all of them every time, but I add at least two or three every time. I’ll often squirt some kewpie mayo and a slice of American cheese, also.

I tried the [carbonara one a little while ago](https://udon.news/blog/samyang-buldak-spicy-chicken-carbonara-ramen) and it’s great but is super rich and gets a little old halfway through the bowl. I’d add some crunchy greens to add something to the texture a bit, croutons might also work really well with that one. Chopped up and sauteed bok choy, green onion, a boiled egg is always nice addition to these.
