these were amazing !

Gnocchis :
– 1 cauliflower
– 100 gram of GF panko
Steam the cauliflower. Mash it with olive oil, sea salt, cracked black pepper and panko.

Pan fried in vegan salted butter.

roll in corn starch and cut in pieces.

Then add :

Parmesan cream :
– soy cream (idk if that exists in the US but any heavy cream alternative will do)
– cracked black pepper
– high quality vegan parmesan
Simply heat a bit and stir !

Hazelnut topping :
– blend the hazelnut and put them in a pan. No oil or anything. Just add a tiny bit of brown sugar and let them brown.

I added a bit of smoked paprika on top. Delicious and easy.
