    Valentina is a good all-arounder. But honestly, the spot has been taken by Chipotle Tabasco. If Valentina came out with a smoky version of their sauces, it’d probably be game over.

    Ive got Apostle hotsauce from New Zealand at work. I opened the Saint Matthew – Chocolate & Manuka Smoked Chipotle and got the Saint Peter – Kiwifruit & Kawakawa Verde to open after I finish the first. Love the flavour.

    I’ve got a shelf in my office. It’s got Crystal, Sweet Baby Ray’s Chipotle and garlic, Tabanero honey sriracha, Trader Joe’s jalapeño, Down to Ferment Corn Hub & Hatch Chile, and about 8 other random bottles from trade shows. Which one I use depends on what I’m eating.

    I keep a bottle in my locker and it changes every time after I use it up. Currently it’s secret aardvark smokey reaper. Before that it was Tabasco scorpion. I just grab a bottle from the home stash and use it until it’s empty

    I keep my fridge in the shop stocked up. Ive been rotating through Melindas XXXX reserve, Pepper Palace Garlic Fusion, and Baron West Indian. I keep (probably too many) others in the fridge, but these have been nice

    I only use that sauce as a marinade on chicken because it works really well put on and left over night, but I have used it on burritos and fried chicken but I prefer el yucateco as a source.

    When I worked on California and Kearney, my employer kept several different Cholula flavors. It was my first time trying the Chili Garlic Cholula and it’s still my favorite out of all of them. Got a bottle in the fridge right now all the way in NY.

    Edit for context: That view out of the window is very similar to the one I had when I worked in that office

    Tapatio at home and work. Probably gonna try yellow bird soon though as I’ve heard it’s pretty good

    Chipotle Tabasco. My coworker always has the jumbo tapatio on deck so I use both for different things. Keep most of the stash at home.
