Two romas
One large garlic
Sliver of white onion
Three chile de arbol to taste
1/4 cup water
1/4 cupish oil
Salt
Lime
Add water to a blending container and add salt
Fry chile de arbol in oil and do no burn; add to container
Fry tomatoes halved onion until brown all over and add to container
Add garlic and blend
Slowly pour oil to emulsify
Add lime to taste and more salt if needed
Wish i went a little spicer… oil really mellows it out
