Good job, I bet this all tasted great and you had an awesome meal. This is more home style from the plating and execution side though.
Few small tips, that purée needs to be much smoother, the broccoli should be trimmed and shaped, also placement. When making a pave square off and slice the potatoes length wise to avoid seeing a pattern on top, or better yet sheet them. Even out the fry on the potatoes, the portion size makes it hard to feel elevated as typically these types of plates don’t have the whole meal on them. Like at home you might put greens some potatoes and protein on your plate, but for elevated experiences these all get there own plate and time to shine, it’s a simple hack but works wonders with simplifying and focus dishes when your working on them. Lastly sauce on bottom, so you can better see the protein.
