Ingredients:
For dough
All purpose flour-2&1/2 cups
Milk powder-1&1/2 tablespoon
Warm water- 200 -210 ml ( 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoon)
Instant yeast-1 teaspoon
Oil-3 tablespoon
Sugar- 1 teaspoon
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
Cheese filling:
Mozzarella cheese-1 &1/2 cup
Feta cheese- 1/2 cup
Akkawi cheese is commonly used for cheese manakish, Here I have used a mix of Feta and Mozzarella cheese. YOu can use Mozzarella use also.
