Picked up some food Sunday afternoon and the guy who runs Papi’s Hoagie Truck said this Thursday, Oct 31 will be their last day open.
They’ve been in the park next to Cuantos Tacos on E 12th for a couple years.
He said the truck is his passion project but he’s shutting it down and going to school for another career.
He was in good spirits celebrating the last Sunday open with friends, family and free beer for customers. That’s the way to do it. Cheers Papi! 🍻
