The entire meal was great, I don’t have any notes written down that mentioned lack of flavor for these new inventive way of enjoying these ingredients. I can still remember the frozen pear dessert it was like drinking a southern apple pie, in a good way, very smooth sweet pear and cinnamon broth, they just complemented well and the mouth feel was amazing. The restaurant is a small horseshoe shape because of the peninsula-esque wine cellar in the center surrounded by about 10 tables throughout so very private and only a few tables near yours, service was fantastic only felt like we were waiting for an extended period at one time during the meal but enjoying the time with company I have is no problem. I have no real complaints about the entirety of Le Passe Temps Would highly recommend a visit.
